At Thermomix®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Thermomix® and all included accessories in the original protective packaging to ensure the unit is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
